Inside Sales Representative
General Description:
This position is critical to the success of our marketing and sales services organization. We are not a group of telemarketers. We maintain a team of experienced inside sales representatives who are responsible for proactive outbound prospecting on behalf of a wide range of B2B technology clients. Our clients are among the happiest in the industry.
Prospect interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone, email and fax communications in an effort to sell and market our clients’ products and services to business customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead generation and setting appointments
- Tracking and management of current and potential customers through the use of management software and systems
- Successful demand generation for client solutions with emphasis on generating “qualified” opportunities
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly demand generation quota
- Responsible for providing reports on lead activity, lead forecasts and other quantifiable client objective measurements
- Perform other job related duties as required
Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years inside Sales experience in B2B telecommunications/Internet/ software/hardware sales
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Independent working and decisions making skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Salesforce.com
- Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Program Director
General Description:
We are seeking Program Directors with direct marketing and ad agency experience to be the point person in daily client communications. This position requires high-energy, detail-oriented professionals with extensive experience as the lead account person on multiple accounts. Ideal candidates should have a track record of consistently delighting clients by delivering outstanding service, strategic insights, and flawless tactical project execution.

Database Systems Manager
General Description:
The successful candidate is an analytical marketer with extensive experience creating and directing email, direct marketing and database marketing programs and strategies.
This senior executive will be responsible for leading a variety of extensive, dynamic database marketing programs for the firm’s clients, which include some of America’s most heralded brands. He/she must be able to independently manage multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously, across brands, while optimizing the customer segmentation, offer strategies and ROI results for each.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated demand generation strategies and plans for clients
- Develop objectives, goals and measurements for all demand generation programs including but not limited to events, promotions, special packages, direct email campaigns and white paper campaigns, all with Inside Sales follow-up
- Develop overall value proposition, messaging and go-to-market strategy for client products and services
- Work collaboratively with other client marketing functions and departments such as partner marketing, corporate communication, internet marketing, marketing research, sales, customer service, R&D, operations, finance and IT
- Develop specific plans, track trends and recommend actions for improvement
- Lead the strategic planning and business planning process for all client demand generation activities
- Monitor client programs on an on-going basis, plus recommend and implement plan modifications as needed
- Regularly evaluate results of programs against financial, share and acquisition objectives
- Analyze internal and external data to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action
- Manage budget

B2B Copywriter
General Description:

Associate Predictive Research Analyst:
An entry level predictive research position, this person will conduct predictive research analyses and prepare summary reports under supervision of the Director of Research. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Math is the minimum requirement. Proficiency in SPSS, Power Point and web-based survey tools are also necessary skills to handle the job requirements.
Two years of prior research experience is preferred but a recent college graduate with a background in business, science or math and with at least one year of study in both statistics and scientific methods will also be considered in lieu of relevant job experience.
Account Management:
This person will be responsible for managing the ViaMetric research process for clients, answering questions, insuring timelines are met and generally serving as a liaison between the ViaMetric research team and the client marketing and sales teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required and 2 years of account management experience is preferred. Prior experience in predictive research sales and/or account management would be considered ideal.
